Top Tips:
- Don’t overfill your skewers too much so that everything is squished together – you want a decent surface area on each thing on the skewer so that everything can cook through evenly
- Keep everything a similar size – don’t make your stuffing balls too thick, don’t use carrots or sprouts that are tiny or huge compared to the other ingredients – this also ensures everything cooks through evenly!
- You don’t need the grill on a high heat to cook things – but if you want to char and brown the meat a little more once everything is cooked through, you can turn the heat up higher. Similarly you can turn the heat down low and leave things on there for a little longer if you’re not ready to take them off yet!
