  1. Toss sprouts and carrots in honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil and set aside 
  2. Mix stuffing with sausage meat and roll into balls
  3. Season turkey breast with salt, pepper, garlic granules, onion granules, sage and remaining oil 
  4. Put all ingredients onto skewers and cook on teppanyaki grill on heat setting 2 for 7 minutes on each side
  5. Dip in cranberry sauce and gravy to serve

Top Tips:

  • Don’t overfill your skewers too much so that everything is squished together – you want a decent surface area on each thing on the skewer so that everything can cook through evenly
  • Keep everything a similar size – don’t make your stuffing balls too thick, don’t use carrots or sprouts that are tiny or huge compared to the other ingredients – this also ensures everything cooks through evenly! 
  • You don’t need the grill on a high heat to cook things – but if you want to char and brown the meat a little more once everything is cooked through, you can turn the heat up higher. Similarly you can turn the heat down low and leave things on there for a little longer if you’re not ready to take them off yet!
  • We’ve not specified quantities of ingredients on this recipe, simply because it’s completely up to you! Build your skewers however you like, with all of YOUR favourite foods – ours are just suggestions!
